Most people enspecially americans see witches as these disgusting old sorcerer or something alike. This is not fully true. Did you know that there are witches that live among us? There are still people in modern times that practice witchcraft. "But how can that be? Isn't that bad?" I can here you say. Not in most cases. Wiccan's strive to live peaceful lives in tune with nature and humanity. They have a motto of "harm none". We should not fear them. Yes they do practice spells and incantations, but often it is not sinister. Most of the spells and incantations are often derived from their Book of Shadows. It sounds shadey but it usally comprises of a collection of wisdom and witchcraft. Their book can be compared to the same as other books from other religions. Remeber that not all witches are wiccan.
Even with all of this information, in some places, witches, if actual or just accused, are still being injured or killed for practicing their religion. With that being said who is really the evil one? Most wiccan's are just trying to live their lives and they do so everyday under our radars.
